La receta del mejor coctel para una boda perfecta es cuando… se junta el amor, la belleza, la simpatía, la elegancia, la alegría y un enorme corazón.
Paula y Sera reunían todos estos ingredientes. Dió gusto verles disfrutar de su gran día. Además, consiguieron desplazar a Mallorca todos sus familiares y amigos, cosa bastante complicada siendo él de Almeria y élla de Barcelona. Ninguno de los dos es de Mallorca pero tienen la suerte de ejercer su profesión de médicos en esta maravillosa isla y cómo no, aprovechar un día tan especial para enseñar a todos sus amigos lo bien que se vive en nuestra isla y lo preciosa que es.

A perfect weeding
The key ingredient for a perfect weeding is love, beauty, friendliness, elegance, happiness and a huge heart.
Paula and Sera had all those ingredients.
It was amazing looking at them enjoying their great day.
Plus, they succeeded in getting all their relatives and friends to travel to Mallorca, quite a difficult thing, considering that he is from Almeria and she is from Barcelona.
Neither of them is from Mallorca, but they are lucky because both of them can work as doctors in this wonderful island, and why not, they took advantage of this special day to show all their friends how nice it is live on our island and how beautiful it is.

I got the chance to be with them in the project and organization of their wedding, a couple who leaved a mark and can’t be forgotten.
El sitio perfecto para la boda perfecta
La elección del lugar fue amor a primera vista, después de visitar varias fincas llegamos al agroturismo Fangar, un sitio de cuento, una joya situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, el sitio perfecto para celebrar su boda perfecta.
Allí tanto Paula como Sera se imaginaron su boda. Perfecto para alojar parte de sus familiares y amigos. Es un agroturismo acogedor, tranquilo, rodeado de paz, y sobre todo, era el lugar que siempre había imaginado Paula.

The best place for the best wedding.
The election of the location was love at first sight, because after visiting some rural properties, we arrived at Fangar country house, a fairy tale place, a jewel located in the very heart of the Sierra Tramuntana, the best place for the celebration of the best wedding.
There, both Paula and Sera, imagined their wedding. It was perfect for the accommodation of part of their families and friends.
It’s a cosy country house, quite, surrounded of peace and, above all, the place that Paula always had dreamt of.

Diseño de la boda
Diseñamos la boda, pensando en sus 180 invitados, en función del lugar y sobretodo del estilo y carácter de los novios. Ellos querían huir de los típicos cánones de la boda clásica, querían una fiesta desenfadada donde no se parara de reir, bailar, saltar y disfrutar hasta que acabara y… así lo hicimos! Desde el minuto cero a los novios no se les borro la sonrisa de su cara y esa es la mayor reconpensa para nosotras. El día de la boda tiene que estar todo perfecto para que la pareja solo se preocupe de disfrutar con su gente.

The design of the wedding
We projected the wedding thinking about the 180 guests, the location and, especially, the style and the personality of the groom and the bride.
They wanted to escape from the topics of the classic wedding, they wanted a casual party, they wanted to laugh, dance, jump and enjoy until the end and… we did it in that way!
Since the very beginning, the bride and the groom didn’t stop smiling and this is the best reward for us.
On the day of the wedding everything must be perfect, and the couple must enjoy every minute with their guests.
Iglesia de la boda
La ceremonia fue religiosa y para ello buscamos una pequeña ermita en la montaña, eso si, cerca del lugar del convite ya que los novios querian poner las cosas faciles a sus invitados.
El encanto de la ermita de Crestaix cautivó a los novios, era el lugar perfecto para darse el “Sí quiero” pequeña pero acogedora y muy bien sitiada.
La edificación data del siglo XIII aunque fue reconstruida de nuevo en 1820 respetando el carácter de la zona; suelos de barro, paredes encaladas… era el marco ideal. Sólo fue necesario decorarla con dos pequeños pero frondosos olivos y una guirnalda con caída y salvaje que vestía el altar.

The church for the wedding
The ceremony was religious, so we looked for a small chapel in the mountains, and close to the location of the reception, because the bride and the groom wanted to make it easy for their guests.
The charm of the Crestaix chapel fascinated the bride and groom: it was the perfect place for “say I do”, small but warm and very well located.
The building is of the XIII century, however it has been rebuilt in 1820, accordingly the style of the area: clay floor and whitewashed walls…the perfect place.
We only needed to decorate it with two small but luxuriant olive trees and a wild garland which covered the altar.
La pareja llegó por separado. Primero él del barzo de la madrina y esperó pacientemente en el altar hasta Paula llegase.

The couple arrived separately. First the groom, arm in arm with the maid of honour, he patiently waited for Paula in the altar.
La novia llego en un autentico escarabajo rojo que le iba como anillo al dedo ¡muy buena elección!

The bride arrived in an authentic red beetle, very good election!
Estaba deslumbrante, altísima, preciosa, vestida por Cortana, un maquillaje my natural que realzaba sus ojos, recogido con media corona de flores, todo el estilismo en sí era perfecto.

She was stunning, very tall, beautiful, dressed by Cortana, with very natural make up which exalted her eyes, a flowers crown in the hair, her fashion design was perfect.

Sera, vestía una combinación atrevida pero nadie como él la podía llevar mejor; traje azul Klein, corbata verde y zapatos Oxford en marrón… una combinación explosiva pero muy acertada y atrevida para ese día ¡Que estilazo Sera!

Sera dressed in a daring suit, and none but him could wear it better: blue Klein suit, green tie and brown Oxford shoes… an explosive mix, right and daring for the day, what a style, Sera!
Los dos estaban guapísimos y hacían una pareja perfecta
A la salida, con el cielo cubierto de guirnalda de papel blanca, como la que se montaba en las plazas de los pueblos para arrancar las verbenas.. los amigos les hicieron un paseíllo con stick de hockey, popurrí de colores… Y así empezó el festejo.

At the exit, the sky was covered by a garland made of white paper like it used to be during the open-air dances in the villages. His friends made him a little path with a hockey stick, there was a mix of colors and so the party started!
Coctel y cena de la boda
El catering fue servido por el fantastico equipo de Tot A punt. En la recepción se ofrecía a los invitados una refrescante limonada para dar paso al coctel. Como no podía ser de otra manera, la comida tenía un guiño a Mallorca con productos locales; sobrasadas, quesos, aceites, panes, jamon…

Cocktail and wedding dinner
The fantastic team of Tot a Punt was in charged of the catering. At the reception guests had a refreshing lemonade, then the cocktail.
Of course the food included some typical products of Mallorca, like sobrasada, cheese, olives oil, breads, ham, etc…
Los preciosos jardines fueron el enclave ideal para que los invitados pudieran degustar el exquisito coctel y a la vez el precioso paisaje rodeado de campos verdes y ovejitas.

The gorgeous gardens were the perfect location where guests could taste the delicious cocktail and, at the same time, they could admire the landscape full of green fields and sheeps.
Decoración de la boda
Para la cena dispusimos 4 mesas imperiales de madera a juego con las sillas y camino de mesa de lino color verde olivo adornado por cestos mallorquines con margaritas y verdes autóctonos daban el punto de frescor al patio de la finca. La iluminación consistía en guirnaldas de bombillas y muchas velas repartidas por los pozos de la finca, mesas, ventanas… el ambiente era mágico, muy cálido y acogedor.

Decoration of the wedding
For the dinner we settled 4 imperial wood tables matching with the chairs, on the tables we put green linen table runners and baskets with daisies, which gave a touch of freshness to the courtyard of the house.
For lighting we arranged garlands of light bulbs and a lot of candles on the wells of the house, on the tables, in the windows… the atmosphere was really magic, warm and cosy.
Fiesta de la boda
Como mágica fue la entrada triunfal que hicieron los novios al lugar de la cena. Se apagaron las luces y se iluminó una cascada de bombillas por donde aparecieron Paula y Sera.

The wedding party
The groom and the bride held a triumphal and magic entrance into the place of the dinner. Lights were off, just the cascade of light bulbs where Paula and Sera showed up, were on.
Todavía quedaba mucha noche.. Los novios tuvieron un sinfín de detalles, regalos y sorpresas con los invitados los cuales también ellos respondieron de la misma manera, unos amigos incansables, divertidos…la que montaron!! Dios mío!
La fiesta se alargo hasta altas horas de la madrugada, un ambiente disco animó a los invitados a arrancar el baile, candy bar, gorros de goma espuma, photocall… Todo lo necesario para que la fiesta fuera el final de un día perfecto.

There was still a lot of night… The groom and the bride received a lot of gifts and surprises for their guests who replied in the same way, very friendly and nice… What a show they staged! My God!
The party stretched on until the early hours of the morning, the ambiance of disco livened up the guests to dance, candy bar, photocall… all the necessities to make the party the right end of a perfect day.
