It is difficult to know all the fincas and restaurants of the zone that are suited to these types of celebrations and couples usually go to directors or companies that organize events to discover all the possibilities and make a choice from a broad list.
Lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta es, si vais a realizar una ceremonia religiosa o civil. En el caso de que sea religiosa se realizará en una iglesia o capilla, nosotras siempre intentamos que la finca esté cerca para comodidad de los novios e invitados. Se puede elegir la finca en función a la cercanía de la iglesia o al contrario, una vez elegida la finca buscar una ermita con encanto por la zona.

The first thing you want to have in mind is if you want to have a religious or a civil ceremony. If you want a religious one it will take place in a church or chapel and we try to suggest a finca that is close by for the convenience of the bride and groom and their guests. En cada localización hay que tener en cuenta el PLAN B. ¡Esto es importantísimo! No se os puede olvidar. El plan b consiste en tener una alternativa por si el día de la fiesta empieza a llover y no se puede celebrar en el exterior. Las carpas o salones interiores son una de las soluciones que nosotras proponemos. Hay que saber si la finca dispone de porches o espacio suficiente interior para todos vuestros invitados. De lo contrario habrá que alquilar una carpa. Esto dependerá mucho de la región en la que os caséis y de la climatología.

In each location you will want to have a Plan B. This is essential! You cannot forget it. A Plan B consists in having an alternative in case it begins to rain on the day of the celebration and you cannot celebrate outside. Marques or interior salons are some of the solutions we recommend. We need to know if the finca has covered áreas or sufficient inside space for all of your guests. If not you will have to rent a marque. This will depend on the región you choose and the climate in that place.
El alojamiento de invitados también hay que tenerlo en mente. Algunas personas prefieren alojarse en el lugar del banquete. Esto suele pasar con personas mayores, darles facilidades por si se cansan y quieren retirase temprano.
Además muchos jóvenes prefieren no desplazarse por si el baile termina muy tarde. Si es vuestro caso tendréis que mirar fincas con alojamiento propio o cercano. En este punto también hay que controlar si las fincas que estáis visitando tienen posibilidad de realizar el baile hasta las tantas de la madrugada. Así no obligareis a los invitados que quieren seguir con la fiesta a irse al pueblo o ciudad más cercana y cojan el coche.
